Be aware that there were some minor changes to the Y/C board over time, so check your board against the listed components. There is a brief mention of this change in a different thread.
The main issue with the AG1980 SMD caps is poor electrolyte in them that fails over time. Not an issue for the radial and axial lead caps of that era. This problem hit not only the AG1980 but a number of PC motherboards from that era, as well as other video gear from that time frame including some Canon camcorders, specific Sony VCRs, etc.
It is easy to screw up circuit board traces when working on SMDs, so practice a bit first, and be careful.
