I have a simple beginners question on this subject. I have a similar old panasonic vcr (nv-f65, nv-f77 etc) How to disconnect one board ( it does not matter - audio, video etc) from the main psb? Are they soldered or is it ok just to pull it out? Just affraid to pull it if its glued or soldered to the main pcb. Thanks in advance!

The video sub-board was soldered on my NV-F77 at least, didn't touch the hi-fi audio one but looks like it's also soldered in. They also put Surface mount electrolytic capacitors on a hybrid IC that was soldered on to that again so it was a bit of a pain to swap them.

Those are soldered headers, there is two types, streight and angeled, In your case angeled, They have to be de-soldered, Use suction iron or solder wick braided copper wire with flux to clean old solder first.
