The Jog Dial (JD) and Shuttle Dial (SD) switches on the machine body do not work! On the remote control, these switches JD, SD work normally. I disassembled the VCR and checked the switch JD, SD in detail - it is good. I checked the passage of the signal to the IC750 pins from the switch - there are signals and they come to the IC750 pins, but there is no reaction. All other functions work normally. I ask for your help, what else should I check? Maybe there are some protective modes that disable the switches JD, SD on the VCR body? for example, child protection is enabled...

Have you checked the voltage coming through, vcr powered on ? probably too low voltage is my guess.
