Sony SL HF2100 repair, service manual?

Hey Folks, after resoldering the captsan Driver and replacing the caps on that very board, i also did replace two broken flat ribbon cables that lead to the control panel of the machine, since some of the lines were not good anymore. unfortunately i did plugged them in 180° rotated, which lead to a short circuiting of the Vss line (most likely ran 5V, to power the CXP80624A). After my mistake, the machine now won't turn on correctly anymore, but the motors to run the mechanics spin infinitely directly after plugging in.
I did some investigation and besides a small broken tantalum cap that is connected to the ribbon cable socket, the issue hopefully is just the DC Regulator on the Power Supply Unit, which is the Sanken si3090CA. It does not provide 9V anymore though i haven't checked the V control pin yet receiving 2V minimum. Does anyone have the Service manual to the SL HF2100, so that i can do some measurements more easily to backtrace where 5V should come from and confirm that the microcomputer hasn't been fried somehow?

I have one for the SL-HF2000 which is the newer and lower build quality model, but I believe they are quite a bit different inside and that's unlikely to help in this case.

The HF2100's are a pretty rare beast since I think only around 500 were ever sold within the USA (the "HF" model that runs on 120V). You might end up needing to grab a parts SL-2100 which was the Japanese version of the same, downside being those are 100V, though guessing that you can use the parts between the two to get your 120V supply working. The 2100 used different heads than any of the other betamax decks, so might not be a bad thing to have a spare set of heads from a Japan model as well, but they aren't cheap, looks like roughly $375 for a parts unit.

I am located it Germany, i imported a Machine which was working "ok" (Had the capstan issue with rolling Screen and some Buttons we're not working on the Touch Panel). However, the Sanken DC Regulator seems to be fine, i did Put 2v on the Vco Pin and IT outputted 9V. I believe there is another DC stepdown regulator somewhere on the Mainboard which i shorted, after outputting 9v the Vss Rose Up to 2,3V. I believe the 5v do also Light Up not only the Touchpanel but also are used for engaging the ls-ttl for the si3090ca to enable. I would be fine with both JP or us SM, importing another Machine IS probably Not needed if i can Take some readings Off the board in Order to hopefully Just replace some passive components that i might already have at Hand.
