Most DVD players are forever locked to the asinine "regions" systems imposed by the studios and manufacturers.
However, not all is lost: Make your discs region-free!

It's explained in detail here: http://www.digitalfaq.com/forum/home...s-regions.html
Note that it's written to address a question about UK DVDs, but it applies to any location. There's nothing special about UK DVDs.

Simply:
- Rip the disc in AnyDVD, DVDFab or DVD Decrypter
- Then re-burn in ImgBurn. Problem solved! Regions are removed in this process.

The only problem you may run into is if the player is unable to decode PAL video, if you're in North America. All PAL players can decode NTSC.

- For sale in the marketplace: TBCs, workflows, capture cards, VCRs
