ATI 600 horizontal lines interference?

Hello,

I finally get my ati 600 usb working with w10 and pal vhs.

But I have a strange interference, horizontal lines moving (horizontally)all across the picture, but like over the picture.

I only have this with the ati600 usb, not with my avermedia or playing directly from my vcr to tv.

This happens even when only playing not recording the capture.

I checked the different cables connection, all seems ok and "playing" with the cables doesn't make any difference.

Any advices ?

Are you referring to interlace?

I will try to make some video files later, for now I have those printscreen.
It doesnt appear clearly all the time, it depends on the scene (colours, contrast, mouvment).

If it's "interlace", it's possible that it's more visible on the ati than on the avermedia ?
