Split Screen / jumping lines during VHS transfer to PC

Hi,

I have problem with copy my VHS to computer. I am using Easier cap USB 2.0 and sometimes is going everything okej like nice video and sometimes is screen split (one half of screen is on the top (bottom part) and other on the bottom (top part) and sometimes there are green lines.
I really dont know what is problem, what i have to fix, cuz once is everything okej and once not. Sometimes i disconnect easier cap and join again and everything is working.
Do you have some ideas? Thanks
