Hey!
I need some help, please

Should I buy this VCR? I couldn't find a better one on this budget. Should I check something else?
https://vcrshop.com/?s=S7600+&post_t...&product_cat=0

I have two laptops that I can install winXp or win7
acer aspire 6530g
and
HP 15-r003sv (G7E53EA)

Which one do you think is the best?
Ofc I have my desktop too (Win10).

Capture card
I can find this
TV Tuner Hauppauge WIN TV USB-Live2 Videograbber
and this one
https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B000VM60I8

Are they good? Or do you recommend something else? (Europe)

Thank you in advance.

If your tapes are in good conditions, with JVC HR-S7600 and Hauppauge WIN TV USB-Live2 you will get excellent results.

About the VC500, somebody reported AGC issues, the majority did not. User msgohan can help here...

No, at this point in time, you're not correct. Many people have now reported AGC issues. I've seen it as well. There must have been production changes to the card at some point. Do not buy this card new. If you buy used, it's a gamble if good or bad.

Thank you guys.
About the Capture card I'm really overwhelmed, what a rabbit hole...
I can only buy a new one, I guess. I don't think I can find a used one in my country.
Is there something I can check out or should I get away with my Elgato?

I have searched for this specific issue here and on videohelp forums recently. I counted much less reports about AGC issues. I am not saying it can't happen, just a question of %

User Bogilein can also help here, he should have a recent version of the card IIRC.

If you experienced the problem, just post the video and the version/year of the card, it will help a lot!

Oh wait... Are you talking about VC500 or Hauppauge? Or both?
