What is causing this flutter?
I am using the recently purchased JVC VCR from LordSmurf with an Elgato Capture cable into a newly built windows 10 machine. I know what everyone thinks of the Elgato capture device but it has served its purpose for my needs. I am looking to upgrade my workflow soon. But for now....
I have tried different combinations of settings in the menu in an attempt to minimize the flutter with no luck.
Is it the tape?
respectfully
