I plugged in my ATI TV Wonder USB 2.0 this evening and am getting some hits on the video, mostly green-ish lines that flash across the screen irregularly. I am not sure if it is the capture card, the cabling, the drivers, etc. I recently re-installed Windows XP on a new machine and am setting it up for the first time. It doesn't seem to be the cabling from the TBC as I get it whether the S-Video cable is plugged in or not. I am attaching a screenshot for reference. Please advise, thank you!

Green glitches are almost always drivers. This card, or others.

Many thanks for your reply. What drivers would you suggest I use then?

Do you have the original disc? If not, I have the ISO.

Enjoy.

To add: Green lines like that are essentially glitches. From bad/wrong drivers, corrupted drivers, overheating hardware, faulty USB cable, faulty USB at the computer, etc. There are multiple reasons. But you start troubleshooting with the most common + least difficult/intrusive.

Again, common to most capture cards, nothing to do with this specific card, or even ATI in general.

Thanks so much. That seems to have done the trick.

Another question: does it do PAL or is it NTSC only?
