I have a PAL VCR playing a PAL tape through an AVT-8710 into an ATI TV Wonder USB 2.0, into my machine. I can capture NTSC signal with no issue (using a separate VCR). When I try a PAL signal, after manually changing the setting on the AVT-8710 to "P", I get garbage on the screen. Set to "N" it's clearer, but still in B&W. Additionally, I get a green bar at the bottom when I set the resolution to 720x576. Is there a special PAL driver for the ATI TV Wonder USB 2.0? Could it be something else? Please see pic below. Thanks!
