Give them the raw interlaced SD AVI 4:2:2 10bit, 24bit stereo audio and let them decide what they want to do with it, if they can't process the raw files just tell them you don't have the time for such long processes. I did this for several customers with specific output formats with cloud downloading of 100's of GB since it's not an object for me as I have fiber internet, and they did the processing for themselves, They can send you HDD's if you don't have fast internet. Unless they are paying a premium for processing I wouldn't bother with it.

There was one client that sent me some DV files that were transferred improperly by another business but I told them I don't have time to fix them, too time consuming, I told them to send me the original DV tapes and I will transfer them correctly but they mentioned that they previously told the business to toss the tapes after transfer, big mistake.
