Thanks for the photos but a photo of the cassette from the outside doesnt tell us much. Without more knowledge of what you have there we're just speculating. It's likely to be the tape, and probably a particular short section of the tape. Are you able to wind the tape to the exact section where the problem occurred and take a good, clear photograph of that particular section as seen through the opened cassette flap? Having said that, these videotapes are difficult to photograph because they are basically black in color but with a very bright, shiny finish which can overexpose the camera. It takes skills even to take a good photo.
