JVC HR-S7850EU has TBC?

I searched the forum, but I couldn't find any information that would deny or confirm this:

Is this exact model equipped with a TBC : JVC HR-S7850EU

And is it suitable for to submit a quality signal to a computer for VHS capturing ?

I also came across conflicting info on this model, so about a year ago, I asked Branko at VCRShop to confirm or deny that it had TBC, as he had a unit in his possession at the time. According to him...

It does not have a TBC.

The 7850 is essentially a really nice non-TBC PAL JVC deck, not too different from the NTSC JVC HR-S4800U. However, the PAL 7850 tends to be really overpriced compared to the with-TBC PAL JVC units, so it's often an easy pass.

PAL 7500 was the same with no TBC, unlike NTSC 7500 that had TBC.
