Sorry, not sure what you are trying to say.
Just change the setting and test the SCART -> dongle-> S-Video cable chain to see if your tape video became better.
You always can change your setting back.

GUYS! I only now noticed that fact is Samsung SECAM VCR could transcoder ur MESECAM recording to a clean SECAM (I tried to copy and it has no color loss)
