Picked up three PCI capture cards for $10 today.

They are a

ATI TV Wonder Pro

Hauppauge WinTV-PVR-150

HP Philips MAHP-01-000 PCI

Are any of these any good or just junk?

Thanks

The bottom two are MPEG-2 hardware encoders. (For the third one I'm based that on this.)

The ATI TV Wonder Pro is "okay" but it just uses an off-the-shelf Conexant chip from the time, not ATI's Theater chip from the All-in-Wonder line. It can be used for some fun software-defined radio applications, but I wouldn't bother using its built-in video decoding.
