Anyone know of some good programs that convert/compress mpeg files to avi files? I've been recording fights from The World Combat League off of ESPN and what to upload them to my favorite martial arts site.

VirtualDub and XVID codec. If it's too hard, they make dummy software. Ask if you need more assistance.
