I'm asking if there's an Avisynth or Virtualdub filter that will eliminate or calm down the harsh ghosting around edges. Attached are two short samples of crummy low light scenes, so I understand there may be nothing than can be done. Equipment is Sony CCD-TRV65 TBC, DNR On, Edit Off with TvOneTask 1T-TBC-GL, ATI 600 USB captured with VirtualDub.

(Ghosting lights 2.avi has no audio, but otherwise both clips are direct stream copies of my captures)

Attached Files
File Type: avi Lights ghosting.avi (20.15 MB, 23 downloads)
File Type: avi ghosting lights 2.avi (40.10 MB, 11 downloads)
