What I've found out from using Topaz AI is when doing upscales with it, the last frame from a previous shot will bleed into the next one creating bad artifacts, especially when going from a bright area to a dark scene which makes the subsequent 2-3 frames not as high quality.

Movement from an upscaled bright image will leave a ghosting artifact on successive frames.
