I have a Leitch X75 - DPS 575

It is noisy. I connected the SVideo cable (input) and component output. But the images are black and white and distorted.

My wish was to improve the image quality
Denoising and achieving better stability

I have a Blackmagic intensity Pro 4K and the tape recorder JVC S9500MS.

I dislike the TBC inside. I desactivated it

My tbc i bought on ebay "Multi-system Time Base Corrector". Unnamed but resembling AVT-8710 model.
The image is frozen when the video is very damaged.

I used Neatvideo but I have the impression that the image is sharper without treatment. I had a Sony DVD recorder that made very good DVDs from VHS. Alas, it was in the 90s and it is no longer working. It denoised and removed some defects in the image, sharper than today.
I received a commercial DVD, whose source was a VHS, I wonder what equipment works on it ?.

What equipment would you recommend?

Thank you
