Hey all

I'm considering making a dedicated capture system. I purchased a cheap ATI All-In-Wonder 9000 Pro Card without breakout cable. Could someone please tell me which breakout cable I require for this card?

That being said, is this card decent enough to go down the dedicated system rabbit hole? As opposed to a USB Live 2?

Also, if anyone has this card, do they have a lossless sample they could share?

Thanks

Yes, great card, better than any Live2 version.

Type "ati purple" into eBay search. eBay is NOT a good place to get most video gear (and definitely NOT for TBC or VCR), but this is usually very safe. That and VCR remotes. Several under $15, including new unopened.

Remember the audio card, too. Turtle Beach Santa Cruz, never Creative/SoundBlaster, never onboard. Either use internal AUX, the loopback (cable needed), or direct to audio input. Remember to listen for noise patterning, and direct method is often least/no noise

- For sale in the marketplace: TBCs, workflows, capture cards, VCRs
