I just located an XP-era desktop that comes with an ATI AGP video card featuring an S-Video port. Specifically, it is an ATI Radeon 9200 AGP model.

Can I use this ATI Radeon 9200 AGP (VGA, S-Video, DVI outputs) card to capture from S-Video from my S-VHS VCR? Or, do I need an AIW AGP/USB card?

Thank you in advance for any advice!

"ATI Radeon 9200" is just a graphics card. That's not the same as an AIW (All In Wonder).

So no.
