Mainly looking for input on XP install (but also welcome any hardware tips!)

My set-up so far:
JVC HR-S4800U ----->Panasonic ES15

I'm in the process of building a custom XP machine for VHS capture.

I have an ATI AIW 8500DV on the way and want to build around that.

So I just got:
an ASRock 4CoreDual-SATA2 R2.0 for motherboard
Intel Core 2 Duo E6700 2.66 ghz
Turtle Beach Santa Cruz TB400-2541-02 PCI Audio Sound Card
A couple of sata HDDs
A couple gigs of RAM

I've been reading I should not use a legacy version of XP, but should get a hold of the Integral version.
Where could I find that to download?

Thanks in advance for any and all advice!

-Chip
