This video-based tutorial was built using AviScreen Classic for desktop video capture (DIB24 codec), re-converted to uncompressed AVI in VirtualDub, and then edited in Adobe Premiere CS3, and exported to H.264 in the Adobe Media Encoder. The H.264 settings included 640x480 output from the 800x600 input file, downconverted to 15fps from the 29.97fps input, and encoded with a 0.25Mbps average bitrate (1.0Mbps max) VBR 2-pass encode, to an MP4 muxed file. The file was simply renamed file.mp4.flv before being uploaded to the server.

The tutorial is powered on the forum by the "FLV Player for External FLV" vBulletin plugin.

The video is fixed. This is just a sample upload, the Womble MPEG Video Wizard guide.

Were you looking for something that maybe showed how to set up vBulletin streaming media?
