Bitrates: CQMAtic causes Tmpgenc to freeze!

I have tried two movies with CQmatic, and when it open tmpgenc, it seems to freeze at at point, 94% in one movie and 54% in the other....what should i do?? :?

KVCD: Widescreen to fullscreen without black bars?

i used an avs script to resize a 592 x 320 to a 352x240 resolution......but although the output was 352x240 it had black bars on the top and bottom....this meant that it just resized the frame but...

KVCD conversion didn't give very good quality

okay......i have given up trying mainconcept and tried this guide....

It was very simple but not very effective....it didnt give very good...

hey....completely new to kvcd.....my first post infact.....this is my normal routine....download an avi file....split it into two files.....convert both files into 352x240 resolution mpeg 1 files...
