The new 704x480 BETA template has been posted.

I thank and I mean THANK Andreas and everyone at the DVD-SVCD forums in Germany http://www.dvd-svcd-forum.de for using the KVCD GOP and for creating a Quantize matrix that ROCKS!

The posted BETA template in the main page, KVCDx2, has this Quantize Matrix as default.

If you downloaded the BETA template earlier today, please download it again, so you get the current changes.
