I was wondering if anyone have been able to put this movie on one CD - with good quality? I'm having BIG problems with it! Specially with the scenes when the squids have breached the harbor and the APU's are firing at them. Macroblocks all over the place!!! Not pretty, believe you me . I even tested endoing one scene with 10 000 as max bitrate and even then I could spot some blocks .
I was aiming at a one CD encode at 480x576 rezolution but it seems I have to lower the resolutions to get this movie to look even acceptable. Tips and tricks anyone

I put it on one CD with Max bitrate of 2000kbps and 200kbps as min bitrate. The Audio on 112kbps because of the lengh and I haven't use the standart GOP.
