it only applies to SVCD because of MPEG2
(interlacing is not applicable to MPEG1 standard)

fps by 1 fps framestuffing (uninterlaced
source)

did you ever expect to get a noisy video
signal of a DVD?

probably not ?!?

I backuped a DVD (cinema movie of the
mid 90s) with a modified
352plus template and was unhappy

why X=528 ?

I took a look into the template and I wonder
why X=528 is choosen for Video.width.

All lower res X width are multiples of

short SloMo or FF effect is done by
the player to maintain A/V in sync. And it depends on your encoding and the quality
