KDVD: How much overhead mux? Leave blank space on DVD?

I've made KDVD for over a year now BUT when all 3 r ready to be burned
theres either too much blank space left on the dvd+r or not enought
(for a menu with tmpg dvd author)

I got afew of my buddies into kvcd & they use motion estimate fast & their movies sometimes look like the camera was vibrating as it was moving & recording, any1 farmiliar with this?

KDVD 704X480 VS 720X480?
I noticed that when set to normal speed@704x480 tmpgenc leaves little tiny jaggedy edges on characters in the final output m2v.

Copy KDVD to KDVD?

I have some music videos that i have reason to believe (pretty sure) that they are KDVD or KSVCD ... thing is they are interlaced would it make the quality of them shittier if i reencoded them again...
