Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry, I am a computer moron! But reading your post gave me some hope. I had the "charter dude" out the other day and he said I had a "bad cord" and fixed it and everything should be as good S new, but it's not! We have a wifi extender so I can get on Pintrest in the garage to work on projects, which is about 100 ft from the house. But I'm not able to get online as fast as I was before "whatever" happened! If you have a fee, please tell me what it is because I could use your help. I have an I Phone 6 and a MAC laptop in the house. Thank u!
