hi, awhile back i posted about having problems with my computers sound card after having to reboot xp. never got it back working. while doing a web search the other day i came across a siig usb sound card. from reading about these, i thought this would work so i purchased one. does anyone here know if this will work just like an internal sound card. any input or info will be appreciated. thanks stoogedog

it should work just fine, its going to be no different then say a usb network adapter or a usb burner.

If you are planning on doing hardcare gaming or something like that it may or may not work but I dont see why it would not work as a replacement for a sound card, sound cards dont do a whole lot of processing anyway
