I've now had to repair two TBC-1000 units for others, both from eBay. Complete unit dismantle and rebuild.

So much for "good" units that were "tested" and "work great". Right.

Since I was doing those, I repaired another unit for myself. The units are not easy to repair, nor cheap. A person inquired about it a few days ago, before I was ready to post it, but I've not heard back yet. If you're interested, let me know. But I also have a few other models of TBC available here in the marketplace.
