Hey there, new user here. I was using a VPN as I normally do and was rejected once when I registered my account due to the IP I was using being frequently used by spammers. I changed servers and reregistered, however I was wondering if this was allowed?

Thank you!

Problem VPNs get blocked.
Problem IP ranges get blocked.
Problem ASNs get blocked.
Problem countries get blocked.

With the problem being the traffic source is abused by malicious users or spammers.

Sometimes the block is hard blacklisted, other times it's simply soft verified.
Sometimes a good VPN uses a bad range, ASN, or country. So the VPN is partial blocked.

There's no specific rule against VPNs at this time.
