I'm using the following workflow:

Digital 8 Camcorder -> S-Video -> TBC -> S-Video -> Pinnacle USB Capture device

When configuring the Pinnacle settings, should the "VCR" checkbox be selected when transferring Hi8 tapes?

That "VCR" setting does literally nothing.
