Hi, I recently bought this 2002 model.

I tried to play some tapes, and I noticed a wavy pattern on black screens. I'll attach a screenshot just in case.

It looks a power supply issue to me, but my knowledge on electronics is pretty limited. Anyone knows what it could be?

The electrolytic capacitors look ok, but that doesn't guarantee they aren't damaged.
