A UPS, such as Cyberpower (best) or APC (not best), sure.

But that exact unit in the image looks like a total POS, and appears to be a model from at least a decade ago. Is that something you already have? Or something used from somewhere random? I only buy new units, as the battery is not the only thing that can age and blow. I'd only buy a used unit if I have the time/ability to replace component when (WHEN! NOT IF!) those go bad.

You definitely do not want a unit that has coil whine, fizzles, or any other noise. (At initial power on, and when power is out, the unit does make noise, mostly just the fan to keep the battery cool at discharge.)

These are outstanding: https://amzn.to/45EovbS
and https://amzn.to/3r3OlGS (PFC)

It is a POS lol. My mom had it but anyways that’s not a good thing to skimp on at all. I’ll get one of the ones you’re talking about. Thank you.

I see that if I’m using a UPS for my newer computer then the one with the PFC would be best. Can I just plug my VCR, TBC, and computer all to that one?
