Recently got a Smurf-Refurb'd workflow, but after playing a tape (poorly, many speed issues evident in the audio), it rewound at barely above real time speed, and it's now in a POST fail state and will not start for long enough to eject the tape that is loaded. The head drum is also making a horrible grinding sound while it's on. This doesn't appear to be because of the tape on it, because even when manually unthreading the tape, it persists. Does anyone have knowledge/instructions on how to remove the stuck tape and possibly reseat and replace the head drum?
