Hello forum!
Today I received this beautiful 3 or 4 Generation Datavideo TBC-3000 without the composite connector for the output of the source B, so I took advantage of it to put a switch that allows me to change between PAL and NTSC from the outside, without having to disassemble it.
What I have done is put the switch in off mode and connect the two cables of the switch allowing me to open or close the circuit that changes the region of the machine.
I want to thank lordsmurf for the help provided and for sending me two rack mount for it.
Here are some pictures:

When you change PAL/NTSC, you must also change 0/7.5 IRE. You don't want to capture PAL at 7.5 IRE, not NTSC at 0.0 (unless NTSC-J). I forgot to mention that in nicholasserra's 3000 mod post as well.

What DIP is? I see that 2 is for 2/4 channels, 3/4 Master or Slave. What of these is? Thanks?

This is where generations comes in. You may have unified PAL/NTSC + IRE.

The pasive heatsinks have already arrived and I installed them, what remains now and I will leave it for the future, is to change the capacitors with new ones from the Wurth.
In case anyone is interested in buying them, they are from a pack for Raspberry Pi, they work for Datavideo, Cypress, AV Toolbox and many more brands: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005006431813179.html
