Hi there.. This unit has some loading issues. The tape was stuck and I had to manually turn the wheel to get it out. The belt looks worn on the motor. I looked at the service manual and could not find a belt part. Anyone change one of these and has a prb number?

also on power up with the units anyone know what it should do? Thanks!
