Panasonic DMR-ES10 does not turn on, identify bad caps?

I had my ES10 recapped about 12 years ago. That I can recall, only the bad caps were replaced. I vaguely remember that he was unsure or a few caps, and just replaced those as well. I do not believe that he replaced all of the caps on the board, just anything confirmed bad or suspect. (My recap job was done by a coworker, and cost me about $15 -- which probably included both the caps and his lunch that day.)

For those recapping their power supply, note the orientation of the big cap C1143 (68uF/400V), the negative side is to the inside of the board!

On the bottom side of the PCB are indications for the positive and the negative lead (a plus and minus symbol) but these are INCORRECT! So don't follow blindly the indications on the board, take photo's before you start (or look them up on the internet as I had to do just to be sure...).
