Hello, I am using a Panasonic DMR ES10 in my workflow to capture VHS. I've been doing some reading on this forum and couldn't find a good answer to my question...

What is the correct Line-In input for my workflow to get the benefits of the "TBCish" results... I have seen that only Line-In 1 does the job and the others don't (Line-In3 or the front panel)? I'd like to use the front ports for more convenience but not a the cost of better picture.

Thanks in advance!

I have a PAL ES-15 and all "IN" ports definitely have the TBC (ish!) applied to the S-Video output (haven't tried the Composite output).

Yes I use the s-video as well, which is why I'm curious!

I have all composite input/outputs, s-video, no scart inputs.
