Code:
Philips VR 1000 -> S-Video Out -> datavideo TBC-1000
                                  /                 \
                          Composite Out       S-Video Out
                               |                   |
                               TV        Hauppauge USB Live-2

Didn't see the weird dark glitchy stuff on the TV, only on the capture laptop open beside it. Which seems to eliminate the possibility of a source issue, but where to from there? Is my Live-2 kaput? Do I just need to replace the S-Video cable between the TBC and the Live-2? Something else?
