You're unlikely to find a breakout cable at a reasonable price, most of them got tossed years ago when people forgot about or stopped using what they went to. Good news with that one is that at least the cable isn't needed to use it as an actual graphics card. If I was you,
I'd consider wiring up composite and S-Video to the small AV in header on the board itself as described here using a JST PH 2.0mm 8 position male pin socket as described by Jwillis84:

...Or you could just remove that header and solder a composite cable and S-Video cable to where the header was with the appropriate pins. Both will require some basic soldering though. This option is probably technically the easiest assuming you have a decent desoldering gun or have fine soldering skills to solder directly to the existing pins.
