I received en offer from Nero for the "Nero Video 2024" software, and the "Nero Recode Stick"

Does anybody know more about this stick, what is the manufacturer, what chip is inside, how is the quality? I mean not the software, but the stick.
I am digitizing PAL VHS and Video8 tapes, right now I use the Hauppauge USB2 Live.
