I've heard many times that the all in wonder cards are the best, but how does the AJA Kona LHI or LHE+ stack up?

If ranked:
#1 Rage Theatre 100 or 200 chipset ATI AIW Card
#2 ATI TV Wonder USB 2.0

Where do the Aja Konas sit in this list when we're talking absolute quality?

Very curious to hear any comparisons or general thoughts. My choices are to either get the Kona to use under Windows 10, or an AGP card to use on a Pentium 4 system (single core, hyper-threaded 3.4Ghz) I know single core is no fun but finding or building a dual core system with an agp slot is just a bit out of my budget.

certain Pinnacle USB are under AIW.
Osprey and Matrox probably under that.
Aja is down the list.
