I'm sure SMurf can give you the long, technical details, but in short...you get what you pay for. $20 video capture is CRAP. USB cannot support the bandwidth needed for capture. Their literature states 30 FPS and 720 x 480. I guarantee you cannot get those numbers together.

Stay away, stay far away.

Kworld makes nothing but crap.
This is basically the same as AverMedia.
