I broke my huffyuv install while trying to get it working with HCenc. Now I'm trying to reinstall, but it's not working.

I followed these instructions exactly https://www.digitalfaq.com/forum/vid...html#post11627



But it keeps saying "Installation failed." Is there a solution to this? I kinda need it so I can load up my tape transfers through Avisynth.
