Got a report from a client indicating that their deliverables are not playing on their TV. Only information I was able to obtain was their TV is a "Sony Bravia 4K UR2", of which, I am having a very hard time finding information on online. Sony has always been very strange with their TV models and the UR2 seems to fall under an umbrella of different Sony 4K TVs.

The encoded files I made have been tested and confirmed to play through different Blu-ray players, smart TVs, Mac, PC, Android and Apple iPhones, but this model they have has me dumbfounded.

I've heard that some smart TVs are counterintuitive and act as "dumb" TVs in the context of USB playback, but not sure which those are unfortunately. Anyone have any suggestions for proper encoding to play on newer Sony TVs? Particularly those with Android TV and Google TV?

MediaInfo below for one of the files:

I wonder if it won't play because of the:

-Non-standard frame size. If it's ex-NTSC VHS, a normal frame would be 720x480 4:3, or 640x480 4:3.

-Colour: SD colour is, I understand, BT.601. BT 709 is for HD (720 or above).
