Identifying duplicate frames in Avisynth?

I know this should be easy, but I am struggling to write a script that writes the frame number and YDifferenceFromPrevious to a log file if it is below 0.7. I have tried WriteFile, but it only seems to write the values for the current frame in the virtualdub window. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It uses RT_WriteFile rather than WriteFile; it is field based, but you can easily change it for frame processing.
