How to play DVSD videos on Windows 10/11?

I have been unable to find the codec for this format. At the moment i get strange behaviour where the file will play for three quarters then cut out. I am using sclive 4.0 for capturing mini DV.

They don't play correctly. Same when I try to edit the files, it will cut off a big portion of the video.
